About Ming

Mingxiang Wang is a London-based interdisciplinary artist working across Super 8mm film, digital moving image, movement-based performance and sound design.

My practice brings together body movements, moving image, sound/spatial desgin to construct intimate, grain-textured atmospheres shaped by memory, vulnerability and the shifting threshold between public and private selves.

Working across theatre, exhibitions, film and collaborative contexts, I am interested in how bodies, images and spaces can hold ambiguity without collapsing into fixed meaning.
